Ingredients
1/2 recipe of Pâte Sucrée dough
1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
1 large egg
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. all spice
1/3 c. whole milk greek yogurt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 c. streusel topping*
*used granulated instead of coconut sugar
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Press the dough into a 9 x 9 inch glass baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk the next seven ingredients together.
- Pour onto the hot crust.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping onto the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
- Cool completely and serve or refrigerate and serve cold.
