Gluten Free Brownie Bites
Here is it, #3 in my four part post of the new line of Krusteaz Gluten Free mixes. I think this one is my favorite, better than my brownies from scratch! The cornbread muffins and apple cake were both good but these brownies are even better because they are rich, chewy and chocolatey!
Brownie Bites
makes about 32 bites
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil (I used canola)
1 large chicken egg
1 box of Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
Canola cooking spray
Combine the egg, water and oil in a bowl and whisk together. Add the mix and stir until combined.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Generously spray a 24 place mini muffin tin with the cooking spray. Spoon approximately 1 T. of batter into each space of the tin. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from the pan. These are so chewy! A little time in the refrigerator helped remove them from the pan intact. Once cool, decorate with your favorite frosting. I used buttercream.
