Spring Babies!
I couldn’t let April pass by without sharing with you our new little babies. Let me introduce Sven and Scout, our one week old Welsh Harlequin Ducklings!
Twice the ducks, twice the eggs! Oh happy day!
As you know I love baking with duck eggs, here are three of my favorite duck egg posts; Nutella Cake Truffles, Tourteau de Chèvre, and Frangipane Strawberry Cake.
If you don’t have ducks or duck eggs don’t fret, just remember use 3 large chicken eggs for every 2 duck eggs in a recipe.
