Warm up this winter with Panera Bread Soups
Broccoli Cheddar.
Vegetarian Black Bean.
Just a few of the hot and fresh soups served up at your local Panera Bread. I excitedly participated in the FoodBuzz offer to get a $10 gift card from Panera to try their soups and blog about it!
I will admit it has been hard for me to get into the “Soup Mood” here in Colorado when we have had such a mild November and December.
However, nothing makes a mother-in-law feel better than Panera Bread Soup. At least for my mother-in-law Sharon. If you remember my post about Traditions, you’ll remember that Sharon are I don’t have your typical mother/ daughter in law relationship. We actually like each other.
But, why did I bring her soup, you ask?
Long story short – she and my father-in-law have had a rough go of it lately, my father-in-law has been in and out of the hospital for the better part of this year! I’ll spare you the details but a little soup was the least I could do to make their lives a little easier. Sharon is what you would call a bit of a connoisseur of Panera Bread Soups, she’s tried almost all of them! My father-in-law loves their bread! I love their salads!
Given the choice on a warm Saturday afternoon, Sharon chose The Creamy Tomato!
I have to admit, I don’t like tomato soup but I tried this one and it was yummy! It had a very fresh, slightly tangy, slightly creamy taste. I would actually order this next time I head into Panera and truly, I don’t EVER order tomato soup! Pair it with a Ham & Swiss Panini and Enjoy!
