Apricot Oat Bars
OK, just as I think I can’t take anymore apricots I make a recipe like this that reminds me how good this fruit is and how versatile it can be!
I’ve chopped the apricots into salsa.
I’ve dried the apricots.
I’ve canned apricot jam.
I’ve created a apricot peach honey whiskey sauce (wait for it…it’ll be coming)
I’ve baked muffins and bread but this recipe has got to be my favorite!
This recipe uses that Apricot Butter I posted about earlier.
