Breakfast Quinoa
It’s been a rainy and cold weekend, I was needing something warm and hearty. My friend Jen, introduced me to a really yummy, sweet breakfast. Not only is it really good, it’s really easy! It’s ready in the crockpot in 2 hours.
Since it was so easy, I didn’t really have many pictures of the laborious steps or minimal ingredients so please enjoy the intermittent pictures of the wet things hiding in my yard. I’ll spare you the pictures of the worms.
Breakfast Quinoa
4 to 6 servings
1 c. quinoa

2. set crockpot on high and cover
3. set a timer for 2 hours
4. at 2 hours, unplug crockpot, add dried fruit and cover for another 15 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
